Happy Norwegian Constitution Day

Today, the 17th of May, is Norwegian Constitution Day, honoring the adoption of the Norwegian Constitution in 1814.  Not surprisingly, the event will be celebrated in Norway. More surprising are the celebrations of that Constitution across the U.S., and in Portland at the Norse Hall.
