Commentary on Lawson v. Hoke

The Oregon Supreme Court's recent decision in Lawson v. Hoke caught the eye of Anthony J. Sebok, a law professor at Brooklyn law school.  Sebok sharply criticizes the court's decision that the statutory bar on recovery of non-economic damages by uninsured motorists does not violate the remedies clause of the Oregon Constitution in his article Can Oregon Constitutionally Punish Uninsured Motorists By Curtailing their Rights to Car Accident Damages?
