There is no Sixth Amendment Right to Confrontation in Revocation of Supervised Release Proceedings

According to the Ninth Circuit in United States v. Hall, the Sixth Amendment right to confrontation recognized by the Supreme Court in Crawford v. Washington does not extend to "supervised release revocation or similar proceedings."  There is, however, a due process right to confrontation that is not absolute.
